pool

So I called again today and complained. Evidently they haven't passed their water tests yet, thus they can't open. The pool has been filled for 3-4 weeks and they haven't passed yet?!?!?! I've worked at pools for 5 years and only had to close a pool once and that was 2 weeks ago. It does not take this long to get a pool filled and balanced. It really kinda scares me to get in it if they can't get it together to even open it.
