Monday menu

4:45: 45-50 minutes on the treadmill (one episode of the Tudors)

B: oatmeal (w/water)
raisins
oil

L: banana
Salad
babybel light
0 point ranch! (powder mixed w/ ff sour cream)
WW caramel cake

D: NO IDEA!! We're having a catered banquet for all the teachers, so I really don't know what it will entail!

Snacks: not a big snacker, and usually don't have time.

We'll see how it goes. If all else fails, I know I've got f/v, water, vitamin and activity in.

Good luck with your dinner tonight! You can do it! Make smart choices and take tiny bites of everything and lots of water! I look forward to hearing how you face this challenge!
